Here published my experiments in recreating replicas of web
chat rooms from the early 2000s, created for the purpose of
entertainment. For several years I mastered frame technology
in order to make it flawless in modern browsers. This way
I was able to recreate the feeling of conversation in old
web chat. These scripts will allow you to attract users to
your website with a unique, original style and feeling.
Everything is created for entertainment and fun.

Archaic PHP Chat 1.0 for Php 5x

I've been successfully using one of these chats with
a personalized template for myself for three years to
communicate with friends. It is very comfortable. Since
the log is cleared automatically, and also because nothing
else is required from me except a computer and a browser.
Everything works on an old laptop playing the role of
a server. Thus, unlike powerful scripts, my chats can be
used on the cheapest computers from the trash. All you
need is a simple web server and php 5.2 - 5.6. The scripts
put minimal load on the server, hence their stable operation.
The main task was to automate the communication process
according to the 'set it and forget it' principle.

Local Mafia echo mail system

One of the main advantages of my local offline echo mail
is its independence from service availability. If you use
local mail, you can send and receive echo messages without
fear of them not being delivered. This is especially useful
in cases where the Internet is blocked, there is no external
traffic, or other unfavorable circumstances exist.
Another advantage of local offline mail is greater
anonymity. You delete your correspondence once and
for all at the time you need. When using third-party email
providers, there is a risk that your data may be subject
to hacker attacks or interference by third parties. Local
echo offline mail running on your website is more secure
and not as vulnerable due to absolute autonomy and
anonymity.

To communicate with other users, a regular address book
is used, containing the aliases of all echo offline mail
subscribers. To register, you simply need to provide
a login and password. In a broad sense, offline mail

This server was created for one reason. The Gopher
protocol has fallen on hard times. Gemini has taken
away almost all users from GopherSpace. Therefore
this is my response to the Gemini:// protocol. It is
a server that allows Gopher to parasitize on HTTP
PHP8 servers by hosting your Gopher holes on the
web. This way, you no longer need to find a client
or a complex server. Simply upload this little script,
which is only 19 KB in size, to your HTTP server
and enjoy GopherSpace from any browser you have
access to. This solution was inspired by the 1982
movie 'The Thing'.

vulnerability if your web server does not filter the file
viewing method via /../../../../../../ (CWE-22 / CWE-23).
Simply place the files index.php and gophermap into
a folder on your web server, and everything will work!
You cannot access this server directly via the gopher://
protocol because it functions through HTTP, but you
will have full access to all information from your
Gopher:// environment via your web server, as well
as through external links within the Gopher://
environment.
